- Provide strategic healthcare compliance leadership and oversight for DePuy Synthes US businesses
- Advise senior leaders on business initiatives, commercialization strategies, and emerging models with compliance perspective
- Embed compliance early into strategy development and execution discussions with business leadership teams
- Oversee compliance program effectiveness in correcting, preventing, and detecting regulatory violations
- Manage follow-up and resolution of investigations including for-cause investigations and anonymous reports
