What you'll be doing

Serve as primary HCC leader and strategic adviser to Innovative Medicine R&D senior leadership in both markets
Establish cluster HCC strategy and risk-based priorities aligned with global and regional objectives
Assess and mitigate HCC risks across clinical studies, investigator engagement, payments, and external partnerships
Lead design and continuous improvement of HCC programmes including governance, policies, training and monitoring
Coordinate with Legal, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations and regional/global HCC colleagues on integrated outcomes
