What you'll be doing

Provide 2nd and 3rd level end-user support remotely and on-site to resolve IT incidents and requests
Install, configure, and support PC hardware and applications in Windows and Mac environments
Deploy and manage software using Intune, Autopilot, and related enterprise technologies
Support colleague onboarding and offboarding processes and participate in audit activities
Travel up to 25% to provide hands-on support at other regional sites as needed
