Develop enterprise-wide customer operational readiness strategies identifying barriers to adoption and recommending improvements
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Brand, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Health IT, and Account Management
Build and develop high-performing team responsible for Customer Readiness, Enterprise Solutions, and Digital Health
Partner with senior leaders on launch readiness planning and strategic account initiatives using data-driven insights
