- Assign training and lead team assembling porcine and bovine heart valves per manufacturing procedures
- Monitor team performance, establish work priorities, assign duties, and resolve issues
- Coordinate work assignments and production goals while collaborating with supervisors and engineers
- Conduct monthly line audits, track training compliance, and host daily production meetings
- Support employee onboarding, performance assessments, and candidate interviews
Compensation$19.35–$38.75/hour
