What you'll be doing
- Operate plasma manufacturing equipment independently and troubleshoot HMI/automation faults
- Execute production tasks with accuracy and full GMP compliance; maintain cleanroom standards
- Assist Area Leader with daily coordination, task prioritization, and team support
- Train and coach GMP I associates; identify and communicate deviations and improvement opportunities
- Perform Total Preventive Maintenance activities and contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation$19.90–$30.80 hourly, plus $2.00 shift differential for overnight work and $2.00 for weekend shifts
