Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Global Trade & Compliance Optimization Manager to lead harmonized systems classification governance and tariff optimization across transatlantic and EMEA supply chains. The role focuses on duty reduction, origin compliance, and customs regulation alignment while partnering with logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of global trade compliance or customs experience
- Hands-on expertise with HS classification (EU CN/TARIC and/or US HTS)
- Working knowledge of origin rules and US–EU trade agreements
- Experience driving duty savings or tariff mitigation initiatives
- Ability to interpret technical product documentation and BOMs
- Fluent English and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead global HS classification strategy for finished products, components, and spare parts across jurisdictions
- Identify and assess tariff engineering opportunities within US–EU supply flows and FTA utilization
- Support origin determination governance and supplier declaration data quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with customs laws and maintain audit-ready classification and origin documentation
- Monitor tariff and geopolitical developments; support customs audits and broker oversight
