- Experience leading clinical study delivery, patient recruitment, and site management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Prior experience with MASH, MASLD, or Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis required

- Lead clinical delivery of regional and global studies to meet quality, timeline, recruitment, and operational objectives
- Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrollment targets
- Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to advance study milestones and resolve issues
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams on resource planning, training, and project delivery
- Manage clinical risks, oversee quality standards, and implement proactive mitigation strategies
