What you'll be doing

Lead day-to-day global clinical study operations and cross-functional teams across clinical, data, regulatory, and supply chain functions
Develop study timelines, operational plans, risk management strategies, and enrollment approaches; oversee site activation and closeout
Manage external vendors and CROs, tracking performance and resolving operational issues to ensure contractual compliance
Monitor study budgets, enrollment metrics, data quality, and KPIs; identify risks and drive mitigation planning
Ensure protocol adherence to ICH-GCP and local regulations; support audit readiness and communicate updates to leadership and regional teams
