Role summary

- Hands-on proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience operating against defined TATs, SLAs, and quality metrics in high-volume environments
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
What you'll be doing
- Lead and scale global sales order bookings team to enable revenue realization and customer satisfaction
- Enforce strict adherence to turnaround times, quality standards, and compliance requirements across operations
- Partner with global Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Support teams to streamline order execution
- Develop and mentor team members while building culture of accountability and continuous improvement
