Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks an undergraduate co-op student for a five-month global planning supply chain role in Puerto Rico. The position focuses on process improvement initiatives, report generation, and operational support using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher across all coursework

- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
- Membership in student association related to field; prior internship or academic research experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Support process improvement initiatives using JJPS, Lean Manufacturing, and related methodologies
- Generate reports from systems and maintain documentation to support site shipments
- Assist with capacity analysis, master data review, scheduling optimization, and project management activities
- Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement training activities
- Support MDA documentation and materials readiness initiatives as assigned
