Role summary

- Own marketing operations activities including purchase order management, budget forecasting, and spend reporting
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event partners for quality delivery and cost efficiency
- Coordinate contract administration including statements of work, vendor onboarding, and collaboration with procurement and legal teams
- Drive operational excellence through project management, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
