Role summary
Danaher seeks a Global Lead for Red Teaming to design and execute adversary-emulation campaigns and offensive-validation strategies across the enterprise. What they're looking for
- 7-9 years of offensive security or red team experience with engagement leadership
- Proficiency in adversary emulation and red/purple team operations mapped to MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Hands-on exploitation experience across Windows, Active Directory, identity, cloud, and application environments
- Experience with offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic, BloodHound, or Burp Suite
- Ability to translate offensive findings into control and detection improvements with stakeholders
- Experience coordinating global engagements across legal and works-council contexts
What you'll be doing
- Design adversary-emulation campaigns and rules of engagement aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and business objectives
- Develop and engineer offensive capabilities including tradecraft, tooling, command-and-control setup, and automation
- Establish purple-team model and detection-validation feedback loop with detection-engineering teams
- Design sustainability and governance model encompassing safe-operations standards, legal coordination, and remediation validation
