- 8+ years legal experience in cybersecurity, information technology, and privacy matters
- Active bar license in at least one US state or Washington DC
- Experience counseling on cybersecurity governance, compliance, and enforcement matters
- Ability to advise cross-functional stakeholders on complex cybersecurity and operational issues
- Knowledge of global cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and enforcement trends (preferred)
- Experience with M&A cybersecurity due diligence (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary legal advisor to Global IT Information Security leadership on governance and regulatory compliance
- Develop and enhance cybersecurity legal frameworks, policies, standards, and governance processes
- Advise business leaders on cybersecurity risks related to strategic initiatives and technology transformation
- Support incident preparedness, response activities, investigations, audits, and enforcement actions
- Monitor global cybersecurity regulatory developments and provide actionable guidance to stakeholders
