Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain, engineering, data science, statistics, or related quantitative field
2+ years of demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, or commercial analytics experience
Proficiency with global demand planning systems like Anaplan, Kinaxis, or SAP
Experience analyzing large datasets and performing quantitative analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
Knowledge of statistical forecasting principles and demand planning processes (preferred)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Analyze global and regional sales data to identify trends, variances, and drivers impacting forecast performance
Develop and maintain KPI reporting for forecast accuracy, bias, and demand performance metrics
Apply statistical forecasting methods and run scenario analyses to support business planning decisions
Maintain data quality and integrity within demand planning systems and support system enhancements
Collaborate with forecasting, supply chain, and commercial teams to align demand insights with business objectives
