- Advanced knowledge of FCPA, Anti-Kickback Statute, healthcare compliance laws, and trade regulations
- Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What you'll be doing
- Partner with business leaders to promote compliance culture and assess regulatory risks across PDx operations
- Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs, policies, and local procedures specific to PDx
- Design and execute compliance monitoring, auditing, and corrective action programs with tracking and reporting
- Conduct compliance education and communications to reinforce organizational integrity standards
- Support transparency reporting requirements and manage third-party compliance risk partnerships
