What you'll be doing
- Deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person training to U.S. commercial field teams and internal customers on cardiac rhythm management products
- Partner with instructional design to develop, update, and adapt training materials based on analysis data
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and execute launch training for new products and therapies
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Global Trainers and Education Specialists prior to product launches
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to improve content and delivery methods
