- Lead integration, separation, transition and partnership workstreams and discrete programmes
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks and actions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Business Development and Clinical Development
- Facilitate workshops to define transition plans, ownership, timelines and governance structures
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; support escalation and resolution processes
