Role summary

IQVIA seeks a Global Analyst to perform data analysis on real-world and clinical datasets supporting research and development projects. The role involves collaborating with therapeutic teams to inform clinical trial strategy decisions across indication, program, and study levels.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
2-3 years of data analytics, clinical research, or healthcare consulting experience; or advanced degree with relevant background
General knowledge of clinical trial terminology and drug development processes
Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
Experience with large electronic datasets (medical claims, sales, prescriptions, EHR) preferred

What you'll be doing

Leverage IQVIA Connected Intelligence datasets to define and enhance clinical trial strategy pre- and post-award
Align with internal stakeholders on data analytics requirements, capabilities, and deliverables
Develop and implement analytics methodologies including country evaluation, competitive landscape assessment, and site list generation
Coordinate site outreach data collection to support country and site strategy development
Collaborate with local teams on country-specific data assets and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
