What you'll be doing

Provide application consultation and on-site GC/GCMS support to customers
Design and perform customer sample tests, interpret results, and communicate technical value
Develop and execute GC/GCMS solution strategies aligned with business objectives
Support application activities including method optimization, troubleshooting, and customer training
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to identify growth opportunities
