Role summary
Fortrea seeks a Senior Clinical Scientist in immunology to lead Phase 1-3 clinical trials and oversee medical monitoring activities. This clinical development role requires managing study design, coordinating safety committees, and serving as the scientific point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Life Sciences degree or 14+ years clinical development experience
- BS/BA with 7+ years clinical research experience, or MS/PhD with 5+ years
- Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical clinical drug development as a Clinical Scientist lead
- Medical monitoring experience required
- Immunology therapeutic area experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Lead/support clinical trial execution and protocol compliance across Phase 1-3 studies
- Lead Medical Monitoring team; develop Medical Monitoring Plans and review safety reports
- Collaborate on trial design and endpoint development with Clinical Development team
- Establish and support Safety Advisory Committees, Data Monitoring Committees, and adjudication committees
- Author protocol amendments and clarification letters; review and reconcile protocol deviations
Compensation$135,000-$150,000 base
