Role summary
Manager of clinical operations overseeing a team focused on clinical trial support. Responsible for staff management, performance oversight, training delivery, and operational excellence across clinical projects. Reports to senior management and works with leadership on strategic initiatives.

- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or related field
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory responsibility

- Proficiency with clinical systems (Activate, CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
- Ability to evaluate medical research data and medical terminology
What you'll be doing
- Manage, coach, and conduct performance appraisals for clinical operations team members
- Conduct staff recruitment, interviews, and onboarding/orientation programs
- Deliver training on SOPs, WPDs, regulatory requirements, and risk-based monitoring approaches
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs using clinical management systems; conduct remote and on-site evaluations
- Escalate quality issues, facilitate audits, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance
