What you'll be doing

Oversee distributor relationships and coordinate activities under the Distributor Management Framework
Direct launch excellence processes for new assets and drive cross-franchise strategic initiatives
Lead, mentor, and coach direct reports and matrix teams; manage key external stakeholder relationships
