Role summary
Baxter seeks a Formulation Technician for a 12-hour shift role manufacturing life-sustaining pharmaceutical products. The position involves tank formulation, material handling, quality checks, and adherence to cGMP standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing
- Weigh, label, and stage materials for tank formulation per standardized procedures
- Operate powered industrial trucks and manually blend raw materials into mixing tanks
- Inspect, clean, and re-palletize incoming warehouse materials
- Perform scheduled quality checks and document batch information via POMS system
- Maintain cGMP compliance, escalate safety or quality issues, and implement continuous improvements
Compensation$48,048 annually
