Role summary

- Experience managing audits and regulatory interactions
- Proficiency with inventory control systems (ICRS, WMS, or similar)
- FTZ certification or customs compliance training (preferred)
- Experience in life sciences or highly regulated environments (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Lead FTZ program operations ensuring compliance with CBP regulations and FTZ Board requirements
- Own inventory control and recordkeeping systems, conducting cycle counts and investigating variances
- Serve as primary contact for CBP audits, inquiries, and document submissions
- Manage daily FTZ activities including receipts, transfers, withdrawals, and shipments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track compliance KPIs across operations
