- Lead development and execution of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes for CALA Structural Heart
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring divisional and corporate compliance
- Prepare financial analyses including income statement performance, working capital metrics, and capex reporting with recommendations
- Ensure balance sheet account reconciliation and support, analyzing fluctuations and communicating corrective actions
- Serve as strategic finance partner to commercial, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams on pricing and investments
