Role summary
Amgen seeks a Finance Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the JAPAC region based in Hyderabad. - Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or Master's in Finance/Business Administration
- 8 to 12 years of accounting and/or finance experience
- Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation knowledge
- Proficiency with ERP/EPM/BI systems such as Anaplan, Power BI, or SAP S/4HANA
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience preferred
- Advanced analytics expertise and digital fluency including AI and automation tools
What you'll be doing
- Support JAPAC FP&A activities including planning cycles, forecasts, budgets, and quarterly business reviews
- Maintain regional forecasting and reporting files with accurate data consolidation and reasonableness checks
- Prepare management reporting materials including Power BI dashboards and performance commentary
- Execute system activities across forecasting cycles including Anaplan inputs and Hyperion loading
- Identify and implement process improvements to standardize, automate, and enhance FP&A workflows
