Role summary
Finance Lead supporting AbbVie's oncology business within the International Marketing and Commercial Organization. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and monthly reporting for the oncology portfolio across multiple markets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CPA or MBA preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead annual planning, long-range planning, and latest best estimates with headcount and expense projections
- Prepare monthly financial closing and performance reporting with variance analysis and commentary
- Conduct monthly financial and performance reviews with leadership team
- Approve purchase orders and invoices; lead ad hoc analyses and process improvements
- Provide insights on business drivers and financial performance to cross-functional partners
