Role summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Finance Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and taxation for the India legal entity. The role manages internal controls, statutory compliance, and leads a finance team in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru.

- Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience

- Proficiency in financial close, consolidations, and US/local GAAP
- Strong expertise in compliance, tax, audit, and financial accounting
- Experience with internal controls, process standardization, and team management
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP BW, Business Objects, and MS Office
- Big 4 audit experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP rules and oversee accounting practice conformance
- Lead timely closure of statutory audits, tax audits, and monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting
- Oversee general accounting functions including payables, inventory, asset capitalization, and reconciliations
- Provide accounting, financial reporting, tax, and treasury management with strong internal controls
- Recruit, motivate, and develop finance team members
