What you'll be doing

Deliver on-site technical support including break/fix repair, preventive maintenance, and equipment calibration for pharmacy automation systems
Troubleshoot and repair complex hardware and electromechanical systems through diagnostics and root-cause analysis
Provide technical training to pharmacy staff and respond to service requests within SLA requirements
Support system installations, commissioning, and upgrades; document all service activities in Salesforce Field Service Lightning
Participate in regional field coverage rotation including overnight travel and on-call support; provide product feedback to engineering teams
