Role summary
Agilent Technologies seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair support for molecular diagnostic and bio-molecular systems across the Philadelphia area. What you'll be doing
- Install, implement, maintain, and repair Agilent molecular diagnostic and third-party systems on customer sites
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system configurations
- Deliver preventive maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs with prompt customer communication
- Train customers and engineers on equipment operation and document service activities in SAP
- Provide feedback to product teams on performance anomalies and support quality systems
Compensation$28.85 - $45.07/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
