Role summary

Cytiva seeks a Manufacturing Science and Technology Field Scientist to deliver technical support for bioprocess filtration technology integration with customers across Europe. The role combines pre- and post-sales consulting, feasibility assessments, bench-scale trials, and on-site customer engagement within a fully remote position.

3+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience in MSAT, Process Development, or Manufacturing
Direct technical support experience working with customers
Fluent French (written and spoken)
Business-level English (written and spoken)
Ability to travel up to 50% across Europe

What you'll be doing

Apply bioprocess filtration products to develop innovative customer process solutions
Conduct feasibility assessments, technical consultations, training, and bench-scale trials
Maintain customer engagement throughout projects to ensure successful implementation
Travel to customer sites for technical meetings, testing, presentations, and project reviews
Provide technical consultation on scale-up studies, testing plans, process sizing, and troubleshooting
