Role summary

Amgen seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support the Bone Health business unit across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Knowledge of commercial payers, Medicare plans, and state Medicaid programs; live in or within 10 miles of territory

What you'll be doing

Manage reimbursement accounts and execute territory strategic plans for patient access support
Provide one-on-one coverage support from physician order through payer authorization, appeals, and denials resolution
Educate healthcare providers on payer coverage policies, formulary criteria, and product benefit designs
Review patient-specific insurance information and coordinate access issues with relevant partners including the hub
Conduct office education on prior authorization, claims resolution, and alternate funding/financial assistance programs
