Role summary
Field-based role supporting oncology healthcare providers with patient access, reimbursement education, and specialty pharmacy navigation. Position requires deep expertise in medical benefit coverage, coding, billing processes, and payer policy across multiple care settings.

- Oncology or hematology-oncology experience with physician-administered therapies and buy-and-bill products
- Demonstrated expertise in coverage, coding, billing, prior authorization, appeals, and claims submission
- Comprehensive understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, D and associated reimbursement dynamics
- Strong ability to communicate technical coding and billing requirements at national and regional levels
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background check, drug screen, immunization proof, and fingerprinting
- Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
- Excellent territory and account management skills
What you'll be doing
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, and reimbursement services
- Explain specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution options, and white-bagging support mechanisms
- Communicate payer policies, coding updates, and appropriate claims submission processes to providers
- Maintain relationships with key providers and report payer trends to internal stakeholder teams
- Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities affecting assigned territory
