Role summary
Field-based reimbursement manager position supporting oncology healthcare providers across Chicago and Detroit territories. - HCIR credentialing eligibility including background checks, drug screening, and immunization documentation
- Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license
- Excellent territory and account management skills
- 5+ years in access, reimbursement, or account management preferred

- Educate healthcare providers on patient support programs, access tools, specialty pharmacy networks, and white-bagging services
- Provide local expertise on national and regional payer policies, coding changes, and claims submission processes
- Collaborate with internal oncology teams for key account management and relationship building
- Report payer trends and competitive activities to Patient Services and account management teams
- Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and healthcare policy developments
