Merck seeks a Field Medical Alignment Director for US Oncology to lead strategic execution across the medical affairs portfolio. What you'll be doing

  • Influence field medical execution strategy through collaboration with executives to ensure alignment with USMA goals and country medical affairs plans
  • Develop and lead implementation strategies throughout product lifecycles to maximize synergies and deliver strategic imperatives
  • Drive operational simplification and innovation across medical systems, tools, and processes to increase agility and measurable outcomes
  • Develop team performance dashboards and analytics to track progress against goals and impact metrics
  • Serve as primary oncology point of contact for operational and logistical stakeholders impacting the therapeutic area team
