Develop and lead implementation strategies throughout product lifecycles to maximize synergies and deliver strategic imperatives
Drive operational simplification and innovation across medical systems, tools, and processes to increase agility and measurable outcomes
Develop team performance dashboards and analytics to track progress against goals and impact metrics
Serve as primary oncology point of contact for operational and logistical stakeholders impacting the therapeutic area team
