10+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty pharmaceutical, or rare disease commercial experience
3+ years field line leadership managing customer-facing teams (District General Manager or equivalent)
Demonstrated success leading field teams through business planning and organizational change
Experience in Commercial Operations, Field Excellence, Sales Effectiveness, or related commercial roles
Proven ability translating strategy into operational execution in matrixed organizations
Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation capabilities

What you'll be doing

Serve as strategic Field Excellence partner to Nephrology Sales Leadership, translating franchise strategy into executable field action plans
Lead field effectiveness initiatives improving execution quality, customer engagement, organizational performance, and field productivity
Establish best-in-class Account Planning capability including frameworks, tools, governance, and organizational adoption strategies
Capture field insights and develop processes to communicate findings that influence business decisions and improve field readiness
Partner with Training and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and implement performance development programs
