- Manage account relationships through pre-call planning, field resource coordination, customer education, and activity reporting
- Maintain product expertise and competitive knowledge while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Meet established call volume metrics and sales attainment targets while building and expanding customer relationships
