What you'll be doing

Partner with Sales and Service teams to support revenue growth and successful adoption of Leica solutions
Lead instrument installations, evaluations, validations, and customer onboarding activities
Provide technical applications support, troubleshooting, and training to improve customer competency
Investigate and resolve technical issues in partnership with cross-functional teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying customer needs and documenting field insights
