What you'll be doing

Deliver customer training on HID products, applications, and workflows via on-site and remote sessions
Provide technical support including troubleshooting workflows, inquiries, and performance issues
Support pre-sales activities through technical consultation, demonstrations, and customer workflow discussions
Enable post-sales adoption and optimization of HID technologies for successful implementation
Document customer activities and provide field feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement

Compensation$75,800–$101,050 base
