Role summary
Abbott seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a pharmaceutical import facility in Ho Chi Minh City. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Pharmaceutical management, or related field
- At least 5 years workforce management and warehouse operations experience
- Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English
- Experience managing imported pharmaceutical product warehousing
- Proficiency with SAP, WMS systems and inventory control tools
- Knowledge of GxP standards (EU-GMP, PIC/S GMP, WHO-GMP, GSP, GDP)
- Understanding of Good Storage Practice or equivalent systematic processes
What you'll be doing
- Direct daily FIE warehouse operations ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Oversee timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of imported pharmaceutical products and vaccines
- Manage warehouse layout, space optimization, and maintain 5S standards
- Track inventory accuracy, reconcile with system data, and generate performance reports
- Execute quality system activities including Deviations, Non-Conformances, CAPA, and Change Controls
