What you'll be doing
- Provide access and affordability support to families and care partners for infigratinib treatment
- Lead evaluation and implementation of family access programs within geographic area
- Deliver personalized issue resolution for access and affordability barriers via phone or face-to-face
- Coordinate direct support between consented families, hubs, pharmacies, prescribers, and support organizations
- Collaborate with Market Access, Commercial, Training, and Brand Marketing teams on patient journey
