Role summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Facilities Coordinator for its PPD France operation supporting 700+ employees at the Ivry-sur-Seine office, relocating to Paris South in November. What you'll be doing

Coordinate daily facilities operations, maintenance, building services and manage supplier relationships for cleaning, security, waste, and other general services
Support implementation of corporate EHS policies and French regulatory requirements including DUERP and PAPRICAT documentation
Manage office moves, workspace changes, fit-out projects and identify improvements to workplace experience and space utilization
Coordinate emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, incident investigations and business continuity planning
Support procurement activities, budget tracking, supplier performance monitoring and cost optimization for facilities and EHS services
