- Multiple years of professional experience in environmental health and safety (EHS)
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and influence skills
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments with intercultural competence
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop central EHS programs for risk management across multiple sites
- Conduct and oversee hazard assessments in areas including radiation, ergonomics, fire safety, and chemical safety
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Medtronic EHS standards; support regional and global strategies
- Coordinate EHS training for existing and new employees; promote safety awareness and participation
- Report EHS incidents and metrics; support accident investigations and root cause analysis
