Role summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Expanded Access Manager to lead operational support for post-trial managed access programs in oncology. The role involves coordinating across clinical, medical affairs, supply and finance teams to manage compassionate use, expanded access and post-trial patient access initiatives from planning through closeout.

Bachelor's degree in scientific or clinical discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research or CRO industry experience
Direct experience as study manager, CRA, project manager or comparable clinical research role
Working knowledge of compassionate use, early access or expanded access programs
Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

What you'll be doing

Establish and manage operational support for post-trial programs including budget, vendor communications and document tracking
Assess feasibility and regulatory requirements for managed access with clinical study teams
Coordinate investigational product management, stock delivery and program closeout activities
Track milestones, program status and utilization metrics; identify and escalate delivery risks
Support clinical supply planning and forecasting; develop project materials for operationalization
