What you'll be doing

Partner with U.S. General Manager and cross-functional leaders to execute region strategies and business plans
Establish and manage financial and strategic operational review processes including launch planning and budgets
Coordinate key management presentations for Board, earnings, and strategic reviews
Define U.S. Region organizational goals and strategic priorities; track and communicate progress
Lead operational governance including meeting setup, agendas, decision-making processes, and internal communications
