Role summary
Executive Director of Project Management leads the project management team within a therapeutic group at a global CRO. Responsibilities include overseeing project financial performance, staff management, business development, and maintaining sponsor relationships.

- Minimum 12 years global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience
- 8+ years demonstrated clinical project management and staff management competency
- Proven ability to lead and manage staff in global matrix environments
- Experience managing global drug development programs
- Valid passport and driver's license; ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Fluent in English and local office language, written and verbal
What you'll be doing
- Oversee financial performance and budget analysis for all assigned projects
- Develop and implement project plans, performance indicators, and adherence monitoring
- Review and approve new business proposals including strategy, content, and costing
- Recruit, train, develop, and perform reviews for project management team members
- Establish and maintain sponsor relationships and coordinate project delivery reviews
Compensation$185,500-$367,500 annually
