Role summary
ResMed seeks an Experience Marketing & Events Specialist to plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and customer experiences across the Americas. The role combines event logistics, vendor management, budget administration, and operational support for various strategic initiatives.

- 2+ years experience in event planning, marketing operations, hospitality, or project coordination

- Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and external partners
- Experience with event budgets, invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Cvent, Asana, SharePoint, or Confluence preferred
What you'll be doing
- Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and brand activations across Americas portfolio
- Coordinate event logistics including registration, travel, food and beverage, AV, staffing, and vendor management
- Research and evaluate venues and vendors; coordinate proposals and assist with contracting and procurement
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reconciliation for assigned events
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery
Compensation$70,000-$88,000-$106,000 USD annual
