- Develop business plans and account strategies, identify upgrade opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Maintain technical expertise on upgrade solutions across MRI, CT, and X-ray modalities; present clinical and financial benefits to clients
- Lead full sales cycle from needs qualification through solution design, proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract closure
- Track forecast accuracy, manage CRM records, monitor competitive landscape, and represent company at medical conferences
