What you'll be doing

Assist with departmental continuous improvement projects and compile data for process optimization
Develop and monitor weekly KPIs and operational equipment effectiveness metrics using Maximo system
Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Lead continuous huddles with teams to review data, identify barriers, and implement countermeasures
Support 5S process implementation and identify automation opportunities to streamline operations

Compensation$24.00–$25.00 hourly
